Gravity Forms v1.6 Release Candidate 5 is now available. We were not planning on any more public development releases prior to the public release, however we decided to introduce changes to enhance both VaultPress and WordPress 3.3 compatibility and decided it was prudent to go ahead and make it available prior to the final release.
We have tentatively scheduled next week for the Gravity Forms v1.6 public release via automatic update.

Where do I submit bug reports?
I'm using this release. I have a form that has multiple conditional radio button groups. For example:
Is your Order number on your paperwork sent to you correct?
yes radio button or no radio button.
Is the Shipping contact information correct?
yes or no.
The radio buttons are used as conditionals, if they put No, then the text box shows up for them to fix it. The issue is, When I mark them as required fields, it never passes validation. Even if I click yes or if I click no.
I am unable to replicate this issue using Gravity Forms v1.6 RC5. In all my tests, using Radio Buttons to trigger conditional logic and show fields that are required works as intended. Even when all fields involved are set to required. If a field is hidden by conditional logic, it isn't validated so it doesn't trigger validation.
I put together a screencast showing a form I created based on your description. I have 2 radio button fields and 2 text fields. All 4 fields are required. The text fields only show if you select No in it's corresponding radio button field. The screencast shows the form setup and then the form preview. I submit the form using all the possible combinations and the video shows validation being triggered exactly as intended.
If you created this form using an older development version of Gravity Forms v1.6 and made use of the Duplicate field functionality at that time then it is most likely related to a bug in a previous development release involving field duplication. If that is the case you will need to delete and re-add the fields and then configure them again. There was a bug in previous development releases that caused this type of issue to occur but it is not present in v1.6 RC5 BUT it does not correct existing forms that were created when this bug existed.

I got a nasty bug with "Post Format", the very reason I purchased and am using this version. 🙁
Basically, I am creating a form for each wordpress Post Format. Example: Image, Gallery and Video forms.
However, if I select a specific Post Format (available as options in a dropdown) on Post Title and Post Body fields, and then save, the Post Format always defaults back to "Standard".
Very annoying! How can I make the Post Format stick?!
Please help.
I wouldn't classify this as a nasty bug. This is a pretty tame/minor bug and is simply a problem with the post format drop down not defaulting to the chosen post format when editing a form.
If you set the Post Format and save your form, it does get set. So edit your form, set the Post Format on the Post Title or Post Body field and then save your form. If you preview and submit, you'll see that it does indeed create the post with the correct post format.
The problem is when you then edit the form again, the drop down doesn't reflect the actual setting, so if you make additional changes and save... it's going to change it to Standard which is the first option in the drop down.
I have replicated this and this minor bug will be corrected in the 1.6 final release. For now follow the instructions above to work around this. Any time you make edits to the form, make sure you set the Post Format before saving. Once the 1.6 final release is available this will be corrected.

I like the new features of 1.6, and the Javascript Mask is excellent. This is a great improvement over the previous version, thank you.
Once thing I'd like would be the ability to export your saved pre-defined/bulk choices. It is great for designing a bunch of forms on the same website, but you have to retype or copy&paste the list if you want to use it on another website.
Gravity Forms v1.6 does have the ability to save your own pre-defined/bulk choices. It's an option available in the pre-defined/bulk choices window. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/d238a.png
